Welcome to the Fendt-Caravan's complaints procedure
Welcome to the internal complaints procedure of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act ("Lieferkettenorfaltspflichtengesetz" or "LkSG") of the Fendt-Caravan GmbH. With our complaints procedure, we fulfil our due diligence obligations under the LkSG.
According to Sections 8 and 9 of the LkSG, we must have a complaints procedure in place through which internal and external persons can inform us of human rights or environmental risks or violations in our own business area and in the supply chain.
We therefore expect our employees and business partners to act responsibly and reliably. Legal provisions, binding regulations, guidelines and contracts must be complied with. We ask for your help in this regard!
We ask all persons who are potentially affected by human rights or environmental violations in their own business area and in our company's supply chain to report any such observations to us.
For example, have you noticed any breaches of environmental protection regulations or human rights violations? Please use this complaints procedure and share your information with us. All reports will be treated confidentially.
This complaints procedure is part of our compliance management and is designed to enable you to report information about violations at the Fendt-Caravan GmbH - even anonymously.
Your information is important in order to counteract violations at an early stage. However, the complaints procedure must not be used to deliberately provide false or defamatory information. Therefore, please use the system responsibly.
Overall, the complaints procedure offers us the opportunity to receive feedback on the effectiveness of our risk management and individual due diligence processes.
If you wish to remain anonymous and still contribute to clarifying the incident, there is the option of simply setting up a protected "mailbox". We can ask you questions via this electronic mailbox. In this way, you can help to clarify the incident even without giving your name.
We are grateful for any information.
All offences against environmental protection or human rights can be reported.
